Quiet hours start from 10 PM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

Violations include but are not limited to excessive noise or disruptive behavior caused by raised voices, yelling, loud music, profanity, outdoor nudity, and other disruptive behavior. Fines will be imposed after an initial warning. Guests will risk eviction with no refund at the 3rd warning.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

A stay at this Wander includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis facilities. Reach out to inquire about tee times and reservations. It does not include access to the One & Only Palmilla hotel gym and pool facilities.
