Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Violating city quiet hours may result in fines of up to $2,500 or eviction.

This Wander is a single-level home and does not contain stairs.

The minimum age to book this home is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $250 per night fee to cover pool and spa heating at this home, or $75 per night to heat the spa but not the pool. There is a 2 night minimum for pool heating.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly prohibited without prior approval. Outside vendors, such as chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, and more, cannot enter the property without approval.

Damages

A credit card will have to be provided by the guest at check-in, to cover any incidentals and city or HOA fines and violations incurred.

Additional Services
